What do you do for your daily self-care? Although, most people already have some activities in mind when self-care is in discussion, yet they don't seem to find enough time for that.  Let's explore together and turn this necessary self-care time into achievable goals using a structured daily plan: W.I.S.E! 

W.I.S.E stands for Wellness Integration Self Expertise. It is a transformational one on one or group coaching program that may last between 1-4 weeks, may be done 100% online and over the phone. It uses diverse activities including self-care and leisure activities directed toward 3 major areas:

1. Physical Body

2. Emotional Body / Mind,

3. Others (people, pets, and environment)   

The first goal is to help participants plan and try self-care activities.

Experimenting new activities will help you build new habits that ultimately make you feel better about yourself.

Establishing new habits will ultimately help you live a more balanced life and improve overall perceived life satisfaction.

W.I.S.E.R stands for Wellness Integration Self Expertise Repeated

After you try the selected activities in your personalized W.I.S.E. plan (1-4 weeks) it is up to your expertise to select the highest rated activities on the 1-5/☆ (one to five stars) personal wellness satisfaction scale (PWSS) and write your W.I.S.E.R. list as a reference of proven activities that bring you balance and life satisfaction. 

W.I.S.E - W.I.S.E.R. is primarily intended for individuals looking for work-life balance.

W.I.S.E. - W.I.S.E.R. it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatments. 

 

How does W.I.S.E.~ W.I.S.E.R work?

First step: Remote meeting, video-call/voice-call to establish the length of the program and discuss hobbies and activity preferences.

Second step: Make a list of activities together with your coach (a list of  "Activity Ideas" will be provided upon enrollment). Don't overthink it, your coach will help you prioritize the achievement of those activities based on the amount of time needed to complete (small 0-15 minutes, medium 15-45 minutes, large 45minutes+ / time investment). 

Third step: Follow your daily W.I.S.E. plan, journal each experience on a daily basis (journaling format provided), receive encouragements and check ups from Elena. In this step you will learn how to rate activities using the 1-5/☆  personal wellness satisfaction scale (1-5/☆ PWSS).

Fourth step: After experiencing all your W.I.S.E. planned activities, select activities that scored the highest ☆rating number on the personal wellness satisfaction scale PWSS and write the W.I.S.E.R. list. You need at least 5 activities in each category: Body / Mind / Others.

Fifth step: Keep your W.I.S.E.R. list handy and continue to practice your 5☆ good habits on a daily basis to improve perceived life satisfaction.

Sixth step: Optional step ~ yet highly recommended ~ journal your daily activities for the next 6 weeks. Enroll in a 6 weeks follow up program after you graduate, in order to establish your new habits. Write a review about your W.I.S.E transformational experience to help others decide if it may help them as well. 

   An inspirational activity list for each category:  Body / Mind / Others will be provided upon enrollment.

For these rates the participant is receiving the written daily plan to follow and one on one daily coaching 15min.

On demand wellness coaching, when you find yourself stuck and would like to receive that specific advice optimal for your situation. More suitable for clients who need quick guidance and encouragement.

On Demand Stretching when you need to take a break for a good stretch to feel more flexible or to to change the work posture. Assisted through video-call either Google Meet or Zoom.
